Professional Planning FeesEvery trip begins with a complimentary discovery consultation so we can talk through your family, travel style, priorities, and the level of support you’re looking for. If we decide to move forward together, professional planning services begin at $249, with elevated planning and concierge options available for families who would like additional support. Your planning service may include personalized resort, destination or cruise matching; a curated proposal; booking and payment management; personalized recommendations; and ongoing support throughout your trip. Higher levels of service may also include dining and experience reservations, park and Lightning Lane planning, detailed itinerary design, and in-person arrival concierge services. There is no fee or commitment to submit an inquiry or attend your discovery consultation. Your recommended service and exact planning fee will be discussed with you before any fee is collected or planning begins.
