COMMUNICATIONS

1. All communications pertinent to The VIP Day shall be channeled through email to Coach Keren at keren@kereneldad.com and her business manager, Lee at lee@kereneldad.com. All other forms of communication will not be honored. 
2. If there is a problem during The VIP DAY, the Client must report it in the first instance to The VIP DAY Team by emailing Coach Keren at keren@kereneldad.com and Lee at lee@kereneldad.com. 

 

CALL PROCEDURE

We will meet at the specified time scheduled and agreed upon by The VIP DAY Team and Client in Phase 1. We are scheduled 1x for approximately 240 minutes.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality is critical to our relationship--our coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Any subject discussed and/or items shared, including such things as personal information, future plans, proprietary information, goals, job and company information, will remain confidential. Please see ICF code of ethics

 

CHANGES

I have reserved your time for you. If the need arises, please give me a 48-hour notice and we will reschedule. Without proper notice, scheduled time missed will be lost. I request you to make our time together a priority. If you go on an extended trip and need to rearrange our time, please let me know in advance.

 

PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS

1. Clients are required to pay the FULL AMOUNT as stated in the Booking Options discussed above to confirm their slot. It shall also mean their acceptance of our terms and conditions. Once you receive confirmation that your payment has been accepted, The VIP Day agrees to carry out the obligations as defined therein.
2. In the event that we change the dates of The VIP Day pursuant to this clause and either the new date is not suitable for you, or we are unable to provide a new indicative date within a reasonable period after the change, then you will receive a credit note equal to the price paid by you. You will not be entitled to a refund or any other remedy.
3. If any provision of these terms and conditions should be held to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of all other provisions of these terms and conditions (and any part of the subject provision which is not held to be invalid or unenforceable) shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
4. For In-person VIP Day, The VIP Day Team is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your bank for processing funds in another currency. With that, The VIP Day is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that may have been incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking, or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc. 
5. No matter the circumstances, The VIP Day will not be responsible for any refund for non-refundable airline tickets or for any airline tickets purchased by the passenger directly from an airline or travel agent.
6. If you cancel your participation in The VIP Day for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. There will be no refunds or discounts for:
   • arriving late
   • leaving early
   • flight cancellations
   • travel delays
   • illness
7. To protect yourself, purchasing travel insurance is highly encouraged.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

1. You must ensure you have valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities for all locations forming part of your booking. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities are your sole responsibility.
2. You release and indemnify Coach Keren Eldad and The VIP Day team from all responsibility and liability for any refusal of entry, detainment, or other action of immigration or other government authorities which may occur to you in connection with the VIP Day.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Our performance under these terms and conditions are subject to acts of god, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, strike or other industrial dispute, and any other circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and which we deem (in our sole discretion) render the performance of our obligations uneconomic, impractical, impossible or illegal (‘Force Majeure Circumstance’). At any time during or after a Force Majeure Circumstance, we may (in our sole discretion) elect to terminate this Agreement by notice to you and refund any amounts paid by you, less our reasonable costs and expenses incurred in respect of your booking which we cannot reasonably recover.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason than such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.

GOVERNING LAW

All terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Texas and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

1. For In-person VIP Day, You must declare any health or medical issues and requirements to us prior to signing up for “VIP Day” If you have other concerns other than the ones stated above, please contact us immediately via email at keren@kereneldad.com and lee@kereneldad.com.
2. Depending on the severity of your declared medical needs, we may require you to submit a medical certificate confirming that it is safe for you to participate in VIP Day.
3. Despite declarations and medical certification, you are wholly responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being at all times during the VIP Day. You have the right to stop or decline participation in any activity at any time for any reason.
