ASCO makes it a priority to support working parents and caretakers by offering complimentary childcare to meeting attendees. Since we started offering complimentary childcare, the program has filled up in advance, and we have maintained a waitlist to accommodate as many families as possible. Understandably, plans change, and so does your need for childcare. We have seen a high number of onsite cancellations and no shows in the past two years, which didn’t give us enough time to contact families on the waitlist.
To ensure we fill as many spaces as possible, we ask that you cancel your reservation by May 15, 2025 if it’s no longer needed. If we receive a cancellation after this date, or you do not show up for your reservation, we will charge a daily fee of $50 per child to cover an unused reservation slot. Please reach out to meetings@asco.org if you have any extenuating circumstances or if you have any questions.
We encourage early registration as availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure advance reservations, the registration form must be received by KiddieCorp. On-site registration will be limited to available space.
MEALS/SNACKS
Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and water will be provided. Menus will be available as soon as they are confirmed. You may also sign your child out to take them to lunch or drop off a meal at the program.
KiddieCorp's program is nut-free. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any snacks or meals containing nuts or nut products.
ACTIVITIES
Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. We tailor activities to suit each age group appropriately.
TEAM MEMBERS
Our goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm. Every program has a CPR/First aid certified manager that is on site at all time.
