2026 Camper Fundraiser Registration

Dates: January 1st, 2026 - June 1st, 2026

For 2026, we are offering two fundraising options:

Country Meats:

Order forms can be picked-up from the Camp Office or received via email. Collect orders and cash/check payments for your product or pick up product from our office for distrubution. Once you are finished please return order sheets and payment to the Kimball Camp office (profits will be applied to your summer camp registration). Pick-up of product from Kimball Camp office will take place once orders have shipped for distribution by participants.

World's Finest Chocolates:

Pre-purchase your boxes to sell to friends, family and the community. Boxes contain 60 bars, sold at a rate of $1 per bar. Every box generates $23 of credit toward a camper's 2026 summer camp tuition. Each box of candy must be purchased upfront at a rate of $37 per box. This $37 will reimburse the camp for purchasing the candy. For every box sold, the camper will generate a $23 profit.

Example: You and your camper come to Kimball Camp and want one box of candy. You give us $37 upfront for the box and sell all 60 bars in your box at $1 each, a total of $60. You may then keep $23 of the $60 you raised for camp tuition, and use the other $37 to purchase another box of candy. 

 

Please Note:

The profit generated by your candy sales is your responsibility. This places all the power in your hands to fully fund your camper’s way to summer camp! Campers can sell to cover any amount of their total tuition and even generate camp store credit once tuition costs are covered. Some families generate funds for other campers to benefit from, too! Many campers enjoy camp FULLY FUNDED through these opportunities.

 

We will not be granting any fundraiser extensions.

Generated funds may only be applied to Summer Camp 2026 programs and do not carry over to other programs or years. Unspent funds are non-refundable and will automatically be applied to our general camp scholarship fund.

NOTE: You must register your camper(s) before beginning the fundraiser.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS: By participating in the fundraiser, you are agreeing to:

1. Register your camper for summer camp before starting the fundraiser. Registration will require you to pay a minimum deposit of $50 to guarantee your child's spot at summer camp. Your required $50 camp deposit may not be applied toward your fundraiser purchase.

2. Be fully responsible for the product your camper takes home. Chocolate can discolor or melt if not stored at proper temperatures. The chocolate should never freeze or be warmer than 72 degrees, and should stay out of direct sunlight and away from all pests. Country Meats snacks should be stored in a temperature controlled room. Do not store them in a refrigerator, freezer, or inside a hot vehicle.

3. Sell ALL candy bars purchased. No opened or partial boxes may be returned to Kimball Camp. If you have an unopened box you want to return, it needs to be brought back to the camp by May 1st, 2026, and be in acceptable condition so that Kimball Camp may return it to World's Finest Chocolate.

4. Distribute ALL Country Meats products purchased. No returns will be accepted.
