Kingdom Avenue Inc is pleased to invite you to be apart of history! We are inviting the public into an immersive HBCU experience of interactive learning and engagement, and we hope you will join us in creating that environment. Bring your products, bring your creativity, bring your passion for youth and families to the The 63rd and Halsted street corridor on Saturday, August 2, 2025. The event will be free and open to the public from 1pm-5pm.

Our Vision is to create and educational, peaceful, interactive, & informative event for Englewood families, where attendees:

Learn about high schools, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, local colleges, trades, and black owned businesses

Engage in demonstrations and games

Acquire useful information to plan next steps on their journey towards enhancing their quality of life!

Planned attractions include a presentation by a Marching Band, an all-star step show, performances from local artists and much more!.

What do you wish the public knew about your services or business?
This is your opportunity to inform and engage them! We hope you will join us to share your wisdom, skills, and helpful tips, and of course, to promote your business, organization, and services!

Our goal is to see at least 1000 members in and around Englewood community attend our event. Would you like 1000+ families exposed to your product or services?

Important Event Information

Upon arrival, please be sure to register for the event with Kingdom Avenue Inc. Staff.

Wi-Fi Internet Connection - Wi-Fi internet connection may be available to all participating businesses, and will be provided the day of the event.

Event begins at 1pm on Saturday August 2nd, and ends at 5pm. Booth setup begins at 8am. Booths must be completed no later than 12:45pm. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Vendors have untill 6pm for break down of their booth. Vendors are expected to stay and participate through out the entire event.

Kingdom Avenue Inc will be providing each family a reusable bag to collect samples, coupons, handouts, ect as they move throughout the event.

Please maintain a copy of this agreement for your files.
