OUR PROGRAMS

Thank you for your interest in our organization! CO•PAW has implemented (or plans to implement in the near future) the following public programs:

Low-Cost Veterinary Care: CO•PAW operates a low-cost, non-profit veterinary clinic for owned animals at 850 King Avenue, Suite A, Columbus, OH 43212.
Rescue Outreach Services: CO•PAW provides an additional discount on services to registered non-profit rescue organizations.
Trap, Neuter, Return Services: CO•PAW supports TNR efforts throughout Central Ohio.
Community Outreach: CO•PAW supports community outreach efforts throughout Central Ohio, including, but not limited to pet food and supply pantries, complimentary veterinary services, educational programming, youth group programming, and VA/DVM/RVT training programs.
Rescue and Sheltering Services: CO•PAW provides rescue and sheltering services through an in-house, foster-based rescue program. Additionally, CO•PAW will open a Cat Cafe to serve as a free-roaming cattery and adoption center.
International Outreach: CO•PAW has procured several international partnerships to help improve the quality of life of animals in underserved communities around the world.

VOLUNTEER CONTRACT, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

This volunteer agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth below by Kitticcino Charities, Inc. dba Central Ohio's Programs for Animal Welfare ("Kitticcino Charities.") WHEREAS, the above applicant (hereby known as "the Volunteer") has voluntarily contacted Kitticcino Charities and has expressed an interest in working with animals in the care and custody of Kitticcino Charities.

In consideration of Kitticcino Charities' agreement to allow the volunteer to view and/or interact with such animals, the volunteer hereby agrees to abide by the following:

1. The Volunteer is fully aware of the risks that veterinary medicine, animals, and the animal shelter environment pose and have elected to view and/or interact with one or more animals in the care of Kitticcino Charities and accept tasks as assigned, voluntarily. The volunteer knowingly assumes all risks that exposure to the previously stated conditions may pose, including but not limited to serious bodily and/or personal injury, and/or death.

2. The Volunteer agrees to hold Kitticcino Charities harmless and to release Kitticcino Charities from any liability related to my volunteering at Kitticcino Charities.

3. The Volunteer acknowledges that their services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, without any pay or compensation of any kind.

4. The Volunteer agrees to comply with all of the policies, rules, and regulations which may be established by Kitticcino Charities and understand that failure to comply may result in my immediate termination as a volunteer.

5. The Volunteer understands that completion of this form does not guarantee entry into the volunteer program at Kitticcino Charities.
