  • The submission of this form confirms understanding of the terms of our engagement and summary of nature and extent of the services Klimb Investments Ltd (Klimb) will provide.

    The terms below will remain fixed until varied by Klimb in writing to you, or until cancelled by either of us by notice in writing to the other. 

    Your information will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.

  • Terms of Engagement

    I, the undersigned, understand that

    1. This investment is a Small Offer as defined in the Financial Markets Conducts Act 2013 and will sign a Safe Harbour Certificate in due course;
    2. Klimb will provide a pathway to own mortgage free residential property (or a share a thereof) in New Zealand in return for a 5% stake in the ownership and returns;
    3. Klimb will consult with all the relevant investors when the investment opportunity will be identified prior to making the investment;
    4. Klimb will insure and fully manage the residential property through-out its life, manage its accounting and tax compliance, distribute returns at midyear and & at year end and otherwise remain fully transparent to the investors in relation to their investment;
    5. We remain responsible for our own personal tax compliance and returning of net incomes at year end but understand that we have preferential & cost-effective access to a chartered accounting firm to undertake this for us;
    6. No guarantees are provided in relation to the value of the investment and returns and that they are dependent upon macro and micro economic conditions prevalent at the time of transaction.
    7. Klimb will fully comply with all applicable legislation in force in New Zealand including Financial Markets Conducts Act 2013 (FMCA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering of Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. 
  • Initial investment amount

  • After sign up, you will be requested to complete an assessment under the AML legislation. Klimb’s Solicitor will send an online link to a form (example empty form) that you will complete and attach identity and residence documents. Upon successful completion of the assessment, we will request you to remit the initial investment amount to our solicitor's trust account.

  • Recurring topup amount

    This is optional but recommended
  • We will guide you on the best way to make these payments and maximise the benefit from these payments. We will provide you with a document that captures what you have paid us and we will return the uninvested top ups within 7 days notice. We will keep you informed of any funds that are committed towards a property project and what is uninvested balance of your account.
