POLICIES

DEPOSITS: All appointments are required a non-refundable/non-transferable 50% deposit. Deposits are deducted from the final rate. The remaining balance will be due the day of service. Rescheduled appointments must be made 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment and are based on availability. The appointment can be rescheduled once after your scheduled appointment. Deposits can be held up to 15 days from your scheduled appointment. After 15 days, rebooking is required. No call/no shows are non-refundable and will be forfeited. A $15 rebooking fee is required.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Rebooking is required.

LATE: A 15 minute arrival after your scheduled appointment will result to a $15 fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and rebooking is required.
