Charges are only for those items that you selected or that are required. If we are required by law or by a cemetery or crematory to use any items, we will explain the reasons in writing here: A rigid, combustible container is required by the crematory. A state issued permit is required by the state.

If you selected an arrangement that may require embalming, such as an arrangement with viewing, you may have to pay for embalming. You do not have to pay for embalming you did not approve if you selected arrangements such as a direct cremation or immediate burial. If we charged for embalming, we will explain why here: none.

We charge you for our services in obtaining: death certificates are charged two dollars each is charged in addition for obtaining. We charge a four percent credit or debit card recovery fee. We reserve the right to modify the credit card/debit card recovery fee as needed. By submitting you authorize to charge your card for the above amount and you agree to our electronic signature terms and conditions. Refund policy: Because of the sensitive nature of the services we provide we are unable to offer refunds.
