If we are required by law or by a cemetery or crematory to use any items, we will explain the reasons in writing here: A rigid, combustible container is required by the crematory. A state issued permit is required by the state.

If you selected an arrangement that may require embalming, such as an arrangement with viewing, you may have to pay for embalming. You do not have to pay for embalming you did not approve if you selected arrangements such as a direct cremation or immediate burial. If we charged for embalming, we will explain why here: none. We charge you for our services in obtaining: death certificates two dollars additional per certificate. Four percent credit or debit card recovery fee. We charge a flat fee of thirty five dollars to cover the cost of investigating, if required filing and if required obtaining the state or county cremation permit. We reserve the right to modify the credit card/debit card recovery fee as needed.
