We charge a 4.5% credit or debit card recovery fee. We reserve the right to modify the credit card/debit card recovery fee as needed.

By submitting and dropping off your pet, you acknowledge and agree to leave your pet in the care of Friends Cremation LLC. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and proper handling of all animals in our care, you understand and accept that there is a potential risk your pet could be misplaced or lost. By proceeding with the drop-off, you voluntarily assume this risk and release Friends Cremation LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the loss or misplacement of your pet. Friends Cremation LLC – Unclaimed Cremated Remains Policy

By selecting Private Cremation services with Friends Cremation LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy regarding the collection of cremated remains:

Collection Period: Pet owners, their representatives, or authorized agents are required to collect the cremated remains of their pet within thirty (30) calendar days from the date cremation is completed.
Failure to Collect: If cremated remains are not collected within this thirty (30) day period, Friends Cremation LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to respectfully dispose of or scatter the remains without further notice.
Waiver of Liability: By continuing with Private Cremation services, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that Friends Cremation LLC shall be released from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or relating to the disposal or scattering of unclaimed cremated remains in accordance with this policy.
Entire Agreement: This policy is binding on all parties and constitutes the entire agreement regarding unclaimed cremated remains. No promises, verbal conversations, assurances, or other writings by any staff member or representative of Friends Cremation LLC shall alter, amend, or supersede the terms set forth herein.
Binding Effect: This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between Friends Cremation LLC and the pet owner (or their authorized representative). Proceeding with Private Cremation services constitutes acceptance of this policy in its entirety.
