Herizon's Young Leaders Society is a leadership development program created specifically for women to provide practical knowledge and skills within the framework of a supportive cohort. YLS is open to any self-identified woman ages 21 - 45 who is aligned with Herizon's mission and core values.

All meetings are held at the Herizon office from 6PM - 7:30PM. The YLS orientation is Feb. 5, 2023 from 10AM - 3PM.

Monthly sessions are Feb. 13, Mar 13, Apr. 17, May 15, June 12, July 10, Aug. 14, Sept. 11, Oct. 16, Nov. 13, and Dec. 11.
