    Numlo Property Management ("The LANDLORD") is dedicated to protecting the personal information provided by the Applicant. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, an individual’s name, home address, phone number, age, gender, marital or family status, financial details, educational history, and employment status. We handle this information in compliance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and all relevant laws. This policy applies to the LANDLORD and any service providers acting on our behalf.

    We collect personal information to assess the suitability of Applicants and Co-Applicants, if applicable, as tenants. This may involve evaluating your eligibility for a specific rental property or for other available properties under our management.

    By completing this application, you consent to our use of the provided information, including details obtained from external sources as specified in the application. This consent also extends to any additional personal information you may provide voluntarily for clear and intended purposes, even if not explicitly requested.

    You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information at any time. However, please note that if certain information is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, this may affect our ability to offer rental accommodation.

    I/We, the undersigned (the “Applicant,” and if applicable, the “Co-Applicant”), hereby apply for approval as Tenant(s) based on the information provided in this application. I/We understand that this information will be used to evaluate suitability for the specified property and potentially other available properties managed by Numlo Property Management.

    If I/We cancel this Offer to Lease Application after receiving written, verbal, or text notification of its acceptance, or if I fail to sign the Standard Lease Agreement when presented, I understand and agree that my security deposit will be forfeited to cover unpaid rent. (A blank copy of our Lease Agreement is available for review upon request.)

  • A. If the Landlord permits any pet(s), an additional non-refundable pet fee of $    will be paid to the Landlord before occupancy of the rental property.

  • 10. EMERGENCY CONTACT

  • The Applicant and/or Co-Applicant acknowledges that pets, barbecues, waterbeds, and aquariums are not permitted without prior written consent from the Landlord.

    The Applicant(s) certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate, with no misrepresentations. Should any inaccuracies be discovered after a residential tenancy agreement is signed, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the agreement and pursue all available legal remedies.

    The Applicant(s) and/or Co-Applicant grant the Landlord permission to obtain tenant history, credit, personal, and employment information from consumer reporting agencies, previous landlords, current or past employers, and other relevant sources to verify the information provided. The Applicant(s) and/or Co-Applicant also authorize these reporting agencies, as well as any individuals or governmental ministries/agencies, to share pertinent information with the Landlord.

    If a residential tenancy agreement is executed, the Applicant(s) and/or Co-Applicant agree that this information may be used and disclosed for purposes including responding to emergencies, facilitating the proper management of the tenancy, and complying with legal obligations.
