B. Ticket Purchase & Validity
3. All e-ticket purchases are final. Once payment is completed, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be made, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
4. Each transaction allows the purchase of up to a maximum of ten (10) e-tickets only. Multiple transactions by the same Purchaser are permitted, subject to ticket availability.
5. The Purchaser is responsible for all e-tickets issued under their transaction, including their proper distribution and use by all Ticket Holders.
6. All e-tickets are issued electronically and will be validated via QR code or equivalent digital verification method.C. Event Changes & Cancellation
7. The organiser reserves the right to adjust, postpone, reschedule or make necessary changes to the programme, venue, event timing, seating arrangements or other event details without prior notice where required.
8. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, Ticket Holders will be notified of any applicable refund or replacement arrangements. The organiser shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by Purchasers or Ticket Holders, including travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses.D. Entry & Conduct
9. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any Guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, offensive, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
10. Lost, forwarded, duplicated, or unauthorised e-tickets may be rejected at the sole discretion of the organiser.
11. Any duplicated, altered, or previously scanned tickets will be deemed invalid and refused entry.G. Communication & Verification
15. The Purchaser agrees that the organiser may contact them via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding ticket confirmation, event updates, programme changes, venue information, or other event-related matters.
16. The organiser may request proof of payment and/or identification from either the Purchaser or Ticket Holder for verification purposes upon entry or ticket validation. Each submission is limited to a maximum of ten (10) e-tickets only. Purchasers may make multiple submissions if they wish to purchase additional tickets, subject to availability. Purchasers buying multiple e-tickets are responsible for all tickets purchased under their transaction.
