  • Please complete entry form in its entirety, including payment (linked upon submission). No entries are considered complete without payment received. NOTE: Entries received after 4/6/26 will be included AFTER pre-entry draw. These will be in the first draw done at event. If you have special requests, please include them in the notes below.

  • SHOW GUIDELINES: 

    • Saturday & Sunday is a Multi-Race.  One can enter Open, Youth, and/or High Stakes but will make ONE run per horse/rider team each day.  Time will count for all classes entered that day
    • Youth Entries must be 18 & under as of 1/1/2026
    • Bring da Heat High Stakes 3D is .5 second splits with 90% payback
    • Average Champions awarded in Open 5D and Youth 4D - must be same horse/rider team on Saturday and Sunday to qualify
    • High Stakes Champions Awards
    • Pre-enter by 4/6/26 to be in pre-entry draw each day
    • NO Late Fees!
    • Please reserve your stalls, shavings and hook-ups early so the arena can prepare in advance (link available after entry submission)

    Exhibitions: 5:00-7:00pm
    Kiddie Barrels: 7:15pm
    Open 5D Starts: 7:30pm
    Open Poles follow Open 5D

    *SATURDAY-
    $1500 ADDED - OPEN 5D
    $500 ADDED HIGH STAKES 3D
    $200 ADDED YOUTH 4D
    Exhibitions: 8:00-9:30am
    AM Slack Multi Race 10:00am
    Exhibitions: 2:00-4:00pm
    Kiddie Barrels: 4:15pm
    Multi Race Starts 4:30pm

    *SUNDAY
    $1500 ADDED SUNDAY - OPEN 5D
    $200 ADDED YOUTH 4D
    Exhibitions: 7:30-8:30am
    Kiddie Barrels: 8:45am
    Multi Race Starts 9:00am

    Average Awards to Follow - for those that ride both Saturday & Sunday

    Exhibitions are $5. They will be assigned in 1 minute time slots. Requested times should be added in notes below.

  • Kiddie Barrels

    Contestant should be on a horse/pony riding alone or being assisted. Smaller pattern. No age limit. Great for our beginners.

    Take advantage - Stalls are only $15 per stall, per night

    Shavings are $9.00 per bag.  No Outside Shavings per SugArena Rules

    Stalls & RV's are on a first come, first served basis and accommodations and special requests will also be accepted in that order.
