Dear Vendor,
The 2026 Kentucky Statewide Founders Day will occur on March 27-28, 2026 in Lexington, KY. This event brings together members from across the state to commemorate the founding and legacy of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. while reaffirming the sorority’s commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action. The purpose of the Kentucky Statewide Founders Day is to unite members in fellowship and reflection while providing meaningful opportunities for celebration, learning, and service.
On behalf of the host chapter, Lexington (KY) Alumnae Chapter, you are receiving this letter of invitation requesting your participation in the 2026 Kentucky Statewide Founders Day. This would be an opportunity to market your merchandise to members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the greater Lexington, KY community.
Weekend Overview:
The weekend’s activities will begin on Friday and conclude Saturday evening. We are requesting vendors to bring merchandise representing the other 'Divine 9' sororities and fraternities to be available for purchase. Please note the following schedule:
Friday, March 27, 2026
2:00 pm - Vendor set-up begins
4:00 pm - Vendor Committee Walkthrough
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Open for vending/sales
Saturday, March 28, 2026
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. - Open for vending/sales
4:00 p.m. – 5:00p.m – Vendor Breakdown. Vendor booths must be cleared by 9 p.m.
Fees and Registration:
A $200 registration fee must be received by March 13, 2026. The fee covers: A booth space, which includes one (1) 6ft table and two (2) chairs.
In addition to the registration fee, all Vendors are requested to provide one gift, at no cost, valued at a minimum of $25 to be awarded during the weekend. The gift will be collected on-site at the time of check in and registration.
All shipping or drayage fees will be the responsibility of the vendor. Mapping and loading/unloading instructions will be provided upon receipt of the registration fee.
Hilton Lexington Downtown provides internet access for guests, but it is recommended to bring a private internet option such as a hotspot to reduce interruptions. Instructions on access to the guest internet will be provided to each vendor.
Additional Requirements:
All vendors must submit proof of insurance with the Vendor Contract by uploading verification documents as an attachment on the registration form.
Lodging Instructions:
Upon registration payment completion, prospective vendors will be provided information regarding lodging options.
Vendor Registration Instructions:
Space is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If your signed contract and fee have not been received by the deadline date of March 13, 2026, you will be ineligible to participate. Only vendors whose signed contract is accompanied by full payment will be considered. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be invoked. No on-site fees will be accepted.
Below is a contract with details for participation as a vendor. Please note: you MUST be a licensed vendor of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to sell items with Delta images, logos, emblems etc. We will verify your license with our National Headquarters in advance of the event.
