Vendor Space Reservations
Please Read Carefully
IMPORTANT:
Your Proof of Insurance Certificate MUST be submitted with this transaction to secure your vendor reservation.
- Vendor space is 10’x10’ and is priced at US$150.00 each for the entire show.
- Upon request, one electircal drop PER RESERVATION will be included.
- Additional electircal drops are available at $30.00 each.
- Tables (10'x3') are avaiable for US$10.00 each.
- An additional 3% service fee will be added to the transaction.
- Vendor space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-reserved basis.
Vendor's vehicles may enter the Willamette Event Center building to unload & setup starting Thursday at 12:00 noon and must be out by 6:00PM.
Vending fees does not include day of show or overnight parking.
Overnight reservations must be made separately through the parking chairperson.
- Dogs in vending areas must be crated.
- No subletting of Vendor Space.
- No Grooming of any type in Vendor Space.
- All extension cords must be heavy duty & secured to the floor.
- Multi-plug adapters & extension cords must meet code.
- All drapes & curtains must be labeled “fire-resistant”.
NO OVERHEAD TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
Request for refund must be received BEFORE February 5, 2025 closing date and will be subject to a $10.00 service fee. Refunds will be issued two weeks after the show closes.
The LIONS CLUB is requesting and will be accepting donations of used eyeglasses and/or hearing aids. Look for their donation box near the Club Table.
