LE&RN U.S. Advocate Activities

LE&RN’s Advocate Activities bring advocates from around the country to convince lawmakers to support increased National Institutes of Health (NIH) lymphatic research funding and other opportunities. In this capacity, we are looking for advocates to participate in our advocacy process.

You may live in a state that has several Members of Congress who are on key committees that affect issues important to the LE&RN community. This provides you with a tremendous opportunity to engage more with your Members of Congress who can make a difference for our community. Increased advocacy would involve you sending letters to your representatives on Capitol Hill and potentially joining virtual meetings where you would share how lymphatic diseases have affected yourself and your family/community.
