    Lunch & Brunch Ticket Order Form

  • Important information on submitting your online form & payment:

    Pre-ordering tickets is mandatory, and all tickets must be ordered by MAY 1, 2025 at 11:59pm CST.

    Tickets will NOT be sold at convention.

    There will NOT be any refunds issued.  

    WOMEN’S BRUNCH TICKETS

    • Parish queens and the State Women's Leadership Committee do NOT need to purchase tickets for the Women's Brunch
    • Everyone over one year of age will need a ticket
    • A name is required for each ticket purchased 

    YF&R LUNCH TICKETS

    • State YF&R Committee does NOT need to purchase tickets for the YF&R Lunch
    • A name is required for each ticket purchased

    Once you have completed and submitted your form, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a PDF attachment of your submission. Please include a copy of this PDF submission with your check for payment.

  • After selecting the quantity of tickets that are needed for each event, you will go to the next page and enter the names of each person a ticket is purchased for. 

    REMEMBER: This is only to RESERVE Lunch and/or Brunch tickets for your parish. A check must be mailed to the state office for the total amount of the tickets you reserved above.

  • Women's Brunch Attendees

  • Enter the name of each person receiving a ticket.

  • Tickets are SOLD OUT for the YF&R Lunch and the WLC Brunch.

    To be placed on the waiting list, please enter the quantity of tickets that you would like for each event below.
