The Executive Youth Board is made up of specific areas of focus and carry with them their own responsibilities, including:
- President: The President is responsible for the entirety of the youth board and the programming involved. This role will work with the executive director to determine the goals of the GYB and relay the information to the EYB. The President will hold lead EYB and GYB meetings. The position term is two years. NOTE: This position for the 2022-2023 school year is filled via the current president in their last year of service.
- Secretary: The Secretary will keep the minutes of the meetings as well as plan the agendas with the President for the EYB and GYB meetings. In addition, the Secretary will handle the administrative needs of the boards. This includes renting venues for events, handling applications for new members, and communicating information about meetings to members. The position term is one year.
- Treasurer: The Treasurer is accountable for maintaining the budget within the youth board. This person will oversee and approve all transactions and write up financial documents to be submitted to the board. The position term is one year.

Fundraising Chair: The Fundraising Chair will oversee youth board fundraising events. They will also collect raffle prizes, organize necessary materials for events, and prepare the event. This chair is also responsible for the maintenance of the give/get. The position term is one year.

Marketing Chair: The Marketing chair is responsible for creating all marketing materials. This includes the creation of social media posts, events flyers, and campaign art. This chair should have knowledge of photoshop, graphic design, or at a minimum, Canva. The position term is one year.
