Let's team up together and plant trees in Rock Island County! We're looking for volunteers to help out, Saturday October 26 from 9am-11am at two different locations.

 

Site 1: (8 volunteers needed) Meeting at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center and walking through Rock Island planting 15 trees in areas of need.

 

Site 2: (20 volunteers needed) Meeting at Loud Thunder and helping planting 85 trees at one location.

 

**Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older and if under the age of 18, must have a legal guardian accompanying them.

REMINDER: 

 

Required: Closed-toed shoes and pants.
Recommended: Long sleeves, hat, and reusable water bottle.
What we'll provide: Shovels, PPE (gloves and eye protection), water, bug spray, sunscreen, and (of course) music.
