Lakewood Rink Party REQUEST Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting your child's Birthday Party at The Rink at Lakewood presented by NLR Tourism this holiday season. Just to clarify, this form is just a request. It does not mean that the date and time you selected are automatically set and scheduled for you. Our staff will evaluate your request and contact you, usually within a week of submitting your request, and give you a final confirmation of your event date, time, etc, as well as where to pay your deposit. All party deposits are due to LPOA WITHIN 3 DAYS of your verbal confirmation from our staff.

Public PartyPublic skate parties available Friday thru Sunday. 2 Hour time slot. $200 must be paid to get your party on the calendar. 20 skater limit, does not include parents and grandparents not skating. Only food allowed is Cake/Cupcakes/Ice Cream. Anything else must be purchased through the concession or via food package. Allows use of outdoor pavilion for cake and presents.

Private Party (6pm-8pm)Private skate parties available Monday thru Thursday. $300 must be paid to get your party on the calendar. 30 skater limit, does not include parents and grandparents not skating. You can bring in outside food and drinks (NO alcohol allowed). Allows use of building.

Party Food Package - All will get the entree selected.Must notify at the time of scheduling party. Package includes a hotdog/pizza slice, chips, capri sun, and airhead at $5 per child paid day of party.
