LPOA Pool Rules* This field is required.1. Members must always present their card to enter. 2. No swimming unless lifeguards are on duty. 3. No running, horseplay, bullying, or foul language permitted 4. No gum, alcohol, tobacco, or glassware permitted. 5. Eating and drinking are restricted to the concession area. No outside food or drink allowed at the pool. 6. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 7. No flotation devices allowed in the deep end. Children must be able to swim across the deep end unassisted. 8. All swimmers must clear the pool during the rest period. Adults 18 or older may swim during pool break at their own risk. 9. No swimming under diving boards or slide. Only one person is allowed on board or slide at a time. Persons waiting in line must remain on the pool deck. Make sure the area is clear before taking your turn. If you climb up the diving board ladders you must jump off. 10. No hanging on ropes, diving boards, or jumping off sideways. No playing with hard objects or tennis balls. No toys in the deep end. Must use ladders to exit pool.

LPOA Pool Status Condition = POOLCON* This field is required.Is the LPOA POOL open??? Get the app or go online to see our LAKEWOOD POOLCON FLAG COLOR and follow the directions below!! Pool Flag Condition Color can be viewed by downloading the RAINOUT LINE App from the app store on your phone or you can use your computer, or go online, and type in www.rainoutline.com . Both the app and the website will show you the same information about our PoolCon status. Once the app is downloaded or the website is open, type Lakewood in the search area. GREEN, it means pool is open without any issues. YELLOW, means it is open now but may have to close if conditions change. RED, means pool is currently closed and it may or may not open later depending on weather/other conditions. Plus, if you download the app and you can also receive pool status notifications if you desire, this way you will be notified as if the PoolCon color changes. The Condition Flag will be also be flying at the Pool throughout our pool season.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND AGREEMENT OF RELEASE* This field is required.The undersigned user’s parent or legal guardian hereby acknowledges and agrees the use of the facility owned and operated by Lakewood Property Owner Association, (hereafter “LPOA”) including without limitations to its facility including but not limited to the swimming pool, baseball fields, or playground has inherent risks. User’s parent or legal guardian fully recognizes and appreciates the possible danger with participating in using the facilities, its equipment or pool. User’s parent or legal guardian further represents and warrants to “LPOA” that User’s parent or legal guardian has full knowledge of the nature and extent of all risks associated with using LPOA for related activities. In consideration of User being permitted to use the Facilities of “LPOA”, User’s parent or legal guardian expressly agrees that all use of the Facilities shall be undertaken at User’s sole risk and that “LPOA” and its Employees shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or cause of actions whatsoever to User or User’s property arising out of or connected with the use of the facilities, equipment, or pool.
