Attendance policy:

Because archery skills build progressively, participants should attend classes consistently. Parents should notify the instructor when a participant will be absent.
Safety and Behavior Policy:

Participants must immediately obey whistle commands and instructor directions, remain behind designated shooting lines, handle equipment only when directed, and demonstrate respectful conduct toward instructors and other archers.
Participant Cancellations:
Cancellations received at least 7 days before the first class are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable registration or processing fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins are non-refundable.

After the Program Begins:
Once the 8-week archery session has started, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or early withdrawal from the program.

Program Cancellations:
If UpSouth Shooters Archery cancels the entire program, participants will receive a full refund. If an individual class must be canceled because of weather, facility closure, instructor emergency, or another circumstance beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a make-up class or alternate date.

Removal for Safety or Conduct:
Participants who are removed from the program for repeated unsafe behavior, failure to follow range commands, inappropriate conduct, or violation of program rules will not receive a refund.

Special Circumstances:
Documented medical emergencies or other significant circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund, credit, or transfer is at the discretion of UpSouth Shooters Archery.
