2024 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
1. A non-refundable registration fee of $45.00 per student is payable upon registration. All new students to LWSOD receive their first lesson free of charge.
2. An application is not accepted without the registration form and payment complete.
3. All registered students will automatically continue into each new term within the Calendar year and will be invoiced accordingly. Should you decide to withdraw from this program, written notification must be given by the end of the previous term or full fees will be payable.
4. Fees are charged on a term basis. Once enrolled, full term fees for all classes will be invoiced prior to the commencement of each term and are payable at the commencement of each term. Payment plans can be made with our office staff but these are directed through ezidebit payment method.
5. Term fees and costume payments are non refundable.
6. Payment plans will only be made available for Term Fees of $200 or more over an 8 week period. An Ezidebit form must be completed once your registration has been confirmed.
7. Failure to make payments in accordance with any payment plan agreed will result in suspension of enrolment until paid.
8. In order to participate in any Annual Concert performance, all payments must be up to date.
9. Any invoices which remain outstanding after 60 days of the due date will be referred to a debt collection agency and all costs associated with collection will be added to invoices and payable.
10. No pro-rata fees or discounts of term fees will be provided for absences due to illness, family vacations, school commitments, other activity commitments, religious holidays, or withdrawal from a class at any time once the term commences.
11. Term fees do not include payment for any costumes or additional expenses. These will all be invoiced separately.
12. There is an annual concert levy of $100.00 per family. This fee covers the Theatre Rehearsal Fee, a digital download of the show and the LWSOD Photo Night held at the studio prior to the concert.
13. There will be no classes during public holidays or school holidays unless advised otherwise.
14. There are no make up classes provided for missed classes when a student is absent unless we can faciliate this. If LWSOD has to cancel a class a make up lesson will be provided.
15. Once registered students must complete the term in the classes selected. If you wish to withdraw from classes or the studio two weeks written notice is required and fees are still payable. Change of class can only be done at the commencement of Term 1 and Term 2 if vacancies exist. No change of class is possible after the end of Term 2 due to concert preparations.
16. Discounts are already applied to packaged classes. Please refer to our fees schedule for all details.
17.It is the student’s responsibility to notify their teacher in the event of injury/medical condition during or prior to class and also any injury, which is being treated. This is the parents or students responsibility to inform staff of any medical conditions either in writing via email or in person at the studio.
18. All students must be appropriately dressed for class (as per the uniform list), with correct foot wear. All students must be appropriately groomed for class, with their hair tied back off their face. Any student inappropriately dressed or groomed will be not be able to participate in class activities due to health and safety regulations.
Photography / Videography
19. By agreeing to these conditions, you are permitting your child’s images / videography to be used in promotional material for the Lauren Wall School of Dance on our website, social media and any forms of advertising for our studio.
I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions as set by the Lauren Wall School of Dance and understand that no liability will be taken for loss or damage of property, or any physical injury caused whilst at the Lauren Wall School of Dance premises in Epping, or the Brookwood Community Centre. Should your child require medical attention or transport via ambulance all costs are the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the student.
