We understand the incredible commitment and care you give every day. That’s why we’re inviting you to join us for a special Carer Breaks Evening—designed for Carers with Carers.

Location: Lanarkshire Carers Centre: Hamilton, Ground Floor Left,
Princes Gate, 60 Castle Street, Hamilton, ML3 6BU

Time: 11am -3pm

What to Expect:

• A variety of carer break options to explore, including the use of our VR headset and mindful craft sessions.
• Time to connect with other carers in a relaxed environment, enjoying a "cuppa and catch up".
• Opportunities to relax and recharge with a 15-minute taster therapies – there will be a range of short treatments available to book on the day
• An opportunity to try new things: 
• Information and advice with access to other support and future break opportunities

Whether you're looking for ideas on how to take some time for yourself or want to enjoy a friendly space with others who understand the caring role, you are warmly welcome.
