Travel Timeline

90 days or less: Quotes are valid for 24 hours

91 days - 120 days: Quotes are valid for 48 hours

121 days - 180 days: Quotes are valid for 7 days

181 days or more: Quotes are valid for 14 days

Although quotes are valid for the period/time indicated, PRICES are subject to change until a confirmed booking is made in the form of a deposit or full payment. Any quotes not converted to a "Booking" prior to the expiration date may require an additional "Plan-to-Go" deposit. All Planning deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGABLE.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU... In order for us to begin the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a non-refundable 'Plan-to-Go' fee of $125.00 is required. If you are a "Lead Traveler" responsible for a Group Booking, the Plan-toGo fee of $250.00 - $500.00 for the group is required. Special fees apply for group bookings.

Travel planning involves extensive time and research and is based on years of professional expertise and personal experience. Research includes, but is not limited to: destinations, hotels, air fare, ground transportation, excursions, tours and special requests. Suppliers may be contacted, transportation arranged, and itineraries created. Your final intinerary and documentation are designed to provide as positive an experience as possible, given any unforeseen events that are associated with and may happen during travel.

Once your travel is planned, you may then review your itinerary, and inquire about any modifications you would like to make. Please note: An additional fee will be required in the event your request involves a completly new destination or mode of travel.

The initial 'Plan-to-Go" fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Should you choose not to book your travel with us, the 'Plan-to-Go' fee will be retained by LANGFORD Travel LLC, et al as payment for services rendered. LANGFORD Travel LLC strives to help you "Travel better. Travel together."

Please note that we will not be able to begin working on your request until a completed Plan My Ideal Trip form and the courtesy of the Plan-to-Go fee are received.
