Important Event Information
- Table locations will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. We reserve the right to assign tables and/or change them if it is in the best interest of the event.
- All booth spaces are 10x10. Please provide your own table and chair(s) and any other supplies you may need.
- This event will be held rain or shine.
- You are solely responsible for your booth. Do NOT leave unattended at any time.
- Booth registration is non-refundable. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Set up will begin at 10:00am Sunday morning. Please have your booth ready by the 12 noon. We will have staff on hand to direct you to your table location.
- Vendors may begin packing up their booth when the event ends at 5pm. Please clean your space, dispose of garbage and turn in your event evaluation to a staff member. RECYCLE!
- Vehicles must be parked away from the event area before 12noon and may not be brought in until after 5pm Your active participation in getting the word out helps assure a successful event for everyone. Thank you in advance.
You will be provided with promotional material including handouts, social media links, etc.
