Payment, refund and cancellation policies: By checking below and by submitting this form I agree to the following terms and conditions:

There are no refunds except upon cancellation of the course by the instructor, Laura Nance. If Laura Nance cancels the course there will be a 100% refund.

I may transfer my registration to another training with Laura Nance within 12 months of the original training date with approval from Laura Nance and by paying a $75.00 transfer fee. 

If I fail to transfer to another training within the 12 month period, I understand I will not receive any refund for any monies paid to the instructor, Laura Nance.

I understand the course will be confirmed by the instructor 10 days before the first live class meeting. If I make any plans prior to course confirmation by Laura Nance, and the course is canceled, Laura Nance is not responsible for any expenses incurred.

In the event of inclement weather, technical issues, or other issues that make it impossible for Laura Nance to hold any live portions of the course, a make-up date will be scheduled. Laura Nance is not responsible for any expenses incurred.

I understand that Laura Nance will share my name and contact information with the Natural Abundance office. 

I understand that Laura Nance may take pictures or video of the training that include me. I understand that these pictures or video may be used online or in print by Laura Nance or Natural Abundance for promotional purposes. 

I understand that quotes from my training evaluation may be used online or in print by Laura Nance or Natural Abundacnce for promotional purposes. 

I understand that I may not record (audio or visual) the training workshop. I may not photograph the PowerPoint slides, or any other intellectual property belonging to Natural Abundance or Laura Nance.

I understand that I may take photographs during the training only with the express consent of Laura Nance and the other participants in the workshop.

I understand that I may not post any of the photographs on social media or email them without the express permission of Laura Nance and the other participants in the workshop. 

I understand that none of the photographs may be used for advertising purposes nor sold or distributed to any other party.

I understand that the live classes are only one step in becoming a Perinatal Wellness Professional.

I understand I must finish all the steps in Stage One (attend all live classes and turn in the study guides) before attending the live practicum and herbal class.

I understand I must finish all the steps in Stage One and attend the practicum and herbal class before I can begin Stage Two.

A 50.00 late fee will be added to all registrations 2 weeks before the training.

A 250.00 deposit will hold your spot. The Balance is due December 27.
