Liability: Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago LLC along with any representatives are released from all liability regarding property damage, any loss, personal illness or injury, emotional damages, or any damages incurred to any member participating in this photo session. Payment, Rescheduling, and Cancellations: Full payment is due upon booking / submission of this contract. YOUR SESSION FEE OF $99 ALSO SERVES AS A RETAINER FOR YOUR TIME SLOT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Session Policy: No one except the hired photographer is permitted to take photos included but not limited to by use of cell phone cameras during the session unless direct permission is expressed. Only individuals being photographed and their guardians are permitted to attend sessions as to eliminate risk and distractions. Your photographer retains the right to end the session at any time without refund if their safety is threatened by session participants. Your Package Your guaranteed amount of digital photos (10) is included in your package above. Each Christmas Mini Session is 20 minutes. Please note that arriving late will result in time subtracted from your session. Photo Policy: Please note that per industry standard, no RAW files or unedited images will be released to customers as photography is a creative business. All photos released are those deemed to be consistent with the quality and artistic style representative of Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago LLC. Refund Policy: While Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago LLC takes pride in delivering and backing up your precious memories, sometimes accidents or technical mishaps do occur. If for any reason your agreed upon amount of digital photos are deemed undeliverable by Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago LLC, a full refund will be initiated within 24 hours of the undeliverable notice which would be received by email. Further compensation will not be provided and is non-negotiable. Retained Rights And Commercial Use: Commercial use of images received is not permitted without expressed permission. Lauren Alyssa Photography Chicago LLC and any representatives hereof reserve the right to share any images publicly for the use of advertising, contest entries, and for other professionally relevant purposes. Delivery Of Images: Digital images will be delivered via a private client gallery online found at www.laurenalyssaphotographychicago.mypixieset.com by 11:59 pm CT on Dec. 1, 2022. You will be notified when your gallery is available through email containing your web link as well as an access and download code. Your client gallery will remain active for 14 days and then will be disabled / deleted from the website. During this time you may download your images at full resolution, place orders for prints, and utilize any other gallery features. Please note that during the viewing of your gallery, a watermark will be present on your images but will removed when you properly utilize the digital download feature. No watermarked images may be screenshot or shared. Downloads may be shared on social media and while tagging / photographer credit is not required, it is always appreciated!
