Welcome to the Lavish Loves Communities Program

After you have had a look at our growing list of titles found in our bookstore, you will fill out this form to let us know which books your facility is interested in receiving. 

Particpants in the program are eligible to be chosen as soon as their form has been completed.

We donate sets of books on a monthly basis. You will be contacted if your facility will be given a grant of books in a particular month. If you are not chosen right away, don't worry; there is always next month!

Finally, your Wish List will remain in force until January of next year, at which time everyone will fill out a new one. If something happens and you need to change your list before then, please email us so we can help you with that.

Grant amounts

The dollar amount you may choose will be determined by the type of facility you operate:

Teachers with classroom libraries may choose up to $20 in retail price worth of titles.

School Facility Libraries may choose up to $35 in retail price worth of titles.

Medical Facility Libraries may choose up to $50 in retail price worth of titles.

Completing Your Wish List

You only need to enter books until your grant budget is spent. Once you indicate that you have entered enough books, the rest of the ordering fields will disappear.

Please be sure to specify that your order is correct and enter the Retail Amount for the total number of books that you have chosen when prompted.

This is your Wish List, so you will not pay anything if you are selected as a recipient of free books. You may be selected at any time before the end of the year, so thank you for your patience and continued support. 

If you choose to forgo the Free Book Process and want to purchase your books at the Discounted Rate, please send the total amount due to LavishPublishing@gmail.com via PayPal and reference your name and "Wish List Order" in the comment on your payment. Once your order has been verified, we will ship it to you at no additional cost, or we will contact with any issues that need to be addressed.
