2026 Change Makers in Action - Call for Nominations

Submission Deadline: April 17, 2026
The Change Makers in Action Poster Gallery + Awards Program celebrates the real people, teams, and communities across LeadingAge Washington who are making meaningful change in aging services.

This is a streamlined nomination process:

1. Selected submissions (up to 32) will be featured as professionally designed posters displayed at the Annual Conference, highlighting the stories, leadership, innovation, and everyday impact of Change Maker nominees.

2. From the Poster Gallery display, the Awards Recognition Committee will select one award recipient for each of the eight Change Maker Award categories. You do not need to submit separately for an award.

Submit online by April 17, 2026. Award recipients will be notified in early May and recognized during the 75th Anniversary luncheon at the Annual Conference on June 3rd in Wenatchee.

Note: The Gallery and Awards are open to all LeadingAge Washington members.
You may submit more than one nomination, but an individual may not be nominated in more than one category.
