The Edinburgh International Festival believes that an inclusive culture is the foundation for a successful organisation, and we strive to grow our diverse representation across our staff, our artists, our audiences and the people we work with.
We are building a Youth Collective that can understand the needs of and effectively communicate with the whole of our diverse community. As part of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan, we aim to recruit a group of local 16-18-year-olds and have set the suggested recruitment criteria of:
- a balance of genders
- 30% global majority
- 10-20% D/deaf, disabled & neurodivergent people
