> Activities that have had meaningful social impact
> Positive staff initiatives that have focused on future talent, diversity, equity and inclusion, improved well being, company culture
> Examples of great partnerships that have driven social or community impact
The jury are looking for:
> Clear articulation of what was done and the ‘problem’ to be solved
> Evidence of sustained effort and engagement relative to the size and resources of the organisation
> Evidence of leadership commitment and authentic engagement
> Evidence of staff, social or community impact
> Bonus points for a particular Franco-British collaboration angle!
