Whether through grassroots efforts, impactful programs, or sustained engagement, the recipient demonstrates a genuine commitment to people-first values.

Criteria:
• Active involvement in community building or people's engagement initiatives
• Demonstrated positive social impact
• Creativity in fostering inclusion, connection, or collaboration
• Measurable outcomes of meaningful change
