Blind Bomb Rules
1. Must be 18+ to claim token
2. Must fill out this waiver before any money is sent.
3. Payment must be paid in full via etransfer.
4. Tokens cannot be used to purchase UFG tattoos, merch or combined with other promos.
5. Tokens cannot be applied to already existing bookings.
6. Tokens can be upgraded, should you want a larger size, you would just simply pay the difference in price. They can also be combined to make a larger tattoo.
7. Tokens are treated as deposits, therefore all my policies apply.
8. Tokens expire after 1 year of not being on the books.
9. Must text 587.402.4465 to make purchase arrangements - cannot just come to the shop as I do not work every day.
10. Blindbombs can be mailed with an additional $25 mailing fee.
11. All money sent is NON-REFUNDABLE- you get what you get and you don't get upset.
12. By filling out this waiver and sending money to Levi Lovett Ink you are in agreeance to all the above rules and they are non-negotiable.... so you better read the rules.
