ALL plugs are made with stainless steel metal. The art inside the plug tunnels are 100% real and sustainably sourced specimens encased in 1:1 resin. You as the buyer are responsible for being mindful of any allergies. You as the buyer are responsible for knowing the appropriate size of plugs. If you submitted this form but realized you made a mistake in the size you requested reach out to me by email at noctemcrafts@outlook.com so I can adjust what I need to. Refunds will not be given if you already confirmed and paid and then realized afterwards it’s the wrong size. After submitting this form I will reach out to you via email and confirm your choices and final price and shipping cost. If there is any clarification I need based on some of your choices I will reach out and clarify first. Once confirmation is agreed on, I will send you a square invoice. Payment MUST be made in full before I can start working on your custom order. Payment MUST be made within 48 hours after receiving the invoice or your order will be automatically canceled, NO exceptions. The process may take up to two weeks or longer depending on how many orders are in front of you, or if there is a supply issue, I will communicate with you if need be.
