I have read & agree to the above statement. * This field is required.In order to secure your appointment, a deposit of $25 per hour of booked tattoo time is required, along with a $10 deposit fee. The hourly portion of the deposit is taken off of the total price of the tattoo at the time of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment with less than a 48 hour notice, or if you fail to show up to your appointment. Once we have discussed how long your appointment needs to be, a date, and a time, you must call the shop in order to leave the deposit and book the appointment. Your appointment will not be booked without a deposit.
