Free Installation: The standard residential installation fee (up to $75) will be waived for installations up to 140 feet from the tap to the residence, where facilities already exist. Some buildings may have specific requirements set by landlords, homeowners associations, or building managers. If these requirements necessitate additional construction, inside wiring or specialized work beyond our standard residential installation, those extra costs are not covered by the free installation offer and remain the responsibility of the customer. IMPORTANT: Installations resceheduled with less than 24 hours of notice will incur the $75 installation fee.
