KING OF THE COURT 4 TEAM REGISTRATION

GAME RULES:

PLEASE ARRIVE TO ALL GAMES 15min before scheduled time to play.
ANY TEAM MORE THAN 10 minutes late will Forfeit their game .
Forfeit may lead to Disqualification from tournament and Future Events!
Only the head coach and assitant coach that is listed on this form can enter gym for free.
ITS IMPORTANT ALL OUR TEAMS FOLLOW THROUGH ON THIER COMMITMENT AND SHOW UP FOR YOUR GAMES!!
TEAMS AND COACHES MUST CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. Also Coaches your are Responsible for your programs Parents!! It’s important that we are all on the same page of the ultimate goal. To teach our kids how to conduct themselves on and off the court.
Only COACHES, PLAYERS, REFS, & LIFELINE STAFF are allowed on courts during a game.
Any parent/spectator involved in any form of aggressive altercation, whether verbal or physical, will be asked to leave the gym. Refusal to do so will result in linvolvment from law enforcement and will also result in the assocaited team forfeiting the game.
There will be absolutely No Profanity.
