The LC Pride Fest Resource Fair will take place outdoors on the Lincoln City Cultural Center Plaza (540 NE Hwy 101, Lincoln City, OR 97637) from 12-5pm on Saturday, June 29th, 2024.
Setup begins at 10am.
Application due by May 15th at 5pm. You will be notified by May 31st if your booth has been selected.
Payment will be due the day of the event (6/29/2024).
Vendor booths cost $30. If this is not affordable and your business is exceptionally inclusive, you may be eligible for a waived booth fee. Please check the box below to be contacted about this.
No cost for resource booths (no sales are permitted at these booths).
All vendor items must be handmade/original (no resale items).
Booth spaces are 10x10ft. A map will be emailed to you the week before the event with setup instructions.
You are responsible for for setting up and tearing down your booth.
Styrofoam and single-use plastics are banned on LCCC property. Please help us protect our local ecosystem by abiding by this rule!
LCCC may accept or reject any application.
