The Elite Coaching Track is our highest level of support for families with young people ages 15 to 25+ who want personalized, one-on-one guidance to identify best-fit careers and educational paths.

This track is designed for families who want to work closely with a dedicated Flourish Career Coach to go deeper, move faster, and build a clear, confident plan for the future.

Your Elite experience includes:
- A 20-minute onboarding meet-and-greet to get to know your coach and set expectations
- Up to four hours of private 1:1 coaching, delivered across multiple meetings within a 12-week Elite coaching window. Session length may vary based on what best supports progress and clarity at each stage.
- Access to the Launch Career Clarity Signature level, which provides 12 months of group coaching and support with lifetime access to the course
Elite Coaching Track investment begins at $1,950 depending on coach assignment and availability.

Most Elite clients complete their coaching within the 12-week window, allowing them to move forward with clarity and a concrete plan.

Because this is a highly individualized experience, we accept a limited number of Elite clients at a time. This application helps us determine whether your goals, availability, and expectations are a strong match for the support we provide and that we can honor your scheduling needs.

Qualified applicants will be invited to a 20-minute discovery call to confirm fit and answer remaining questions before enrollment.

Because families are often involved in the decision, we ask that anyone who would like input on the decision attend the discovery call so questions can be addressed together.
