  • PRICING:

    Face Painting or Glitter Tatoos Small Event/Private Party

    (10 - 15 guests per hour/per artist)

    • Face Paint with Glitter and Face Bling (Stick on jewels like in the picture above):
      • $150 first hour, $125 for additional hours (one artist)
      • 1 hour minimum required, only billed in hours not minutes. 
    • Glitter Tatoos with Temporary Tattoos (won't come off with sweat or water as easily):
      • $200 first hour and $175 additional hours.
      • 1 hour minimum required.
      • Glitter tattoos last 3-7 days.
    • Deluxe Package:
      • Face Paint with Glitter/Face Bling + Glitter Tatoos + Temporary Tatoos $250 first hour, per event/$225 for additional hours.
      • Will need at least 1 week notice to be able to have custom designs available
    • Add $100 per hour per extra artists requested.

    Face Painting Large Event - 50+ people to be painted

    • Option 1  We charge the public pay per face:
      • For this option, you must promote the event several times on your social media pages to the community.
        • I will provide you with marketing wording and graphics for Instagram and Facebook. 
      • Livelovepaint Studio will come paint and be paid per face by the guests of the event. We will bring additional items to sell as well, like festival hair, unicorn hair, and Flashing hair braids. 
      • We collect payment from the indivual at the event via Cash, Square, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
      • Tipping is highly encouraged for my artists and should be advertised as well.
      • The average cost will range from $15-$20 and Festival Hair Braids $5 - $25.
      • Temporary tattoos, Glitter Tattoos, Face Painting, Festival Hair, Unicorn hair, Mermaid Hair, Flashing Hair Braids, Mini Mouse Hair, Princess hair, Body Glitter Bar, Hair Tinsel, ect can be provided per individual quote - starts at $6-$15 each.
      • Indoor environment is needed in extreme heat and cold. We can discuss at booking. 
      • $50 booking fee required to hold the date
      • We need a 10'x10' space or more depending on how many artists we need to bring/If two artist 2 tent spaces will be needed.
      • We provide all tents tables and chairs for free.
    • Option 2 Hourly Rate: Two artists to paint and we paint as many as we can.
      • 2 Hour Minimum required - $300 per hour
      • We will average 30 guests per hour/per artist (ie: 2 hours = approx. 120 guests painted)
      • We will have simple designs available to paint as many as we can.
      • Glitter tattoos add on 50 tattoos $250 
      • Indoor environment is needed in extreme heat and cold. We can discuss at booking.
      • $50 booking fee required to hold the date
      • If outdoors, we need a 10'x20' space or more depending on how many artists we need to bring.
      • We bring all our own equipment including tents for free.
      • We can bring Festival hair and other fun add-ons (we can sell these directly to the public, you do not need to purchase these).
      • Glitter/beauty bar including tinsel hair and body gems/glitter quoted per request or can be sold directly to the public.
    • Option 3 Hourly Rate: Three artists to paint as many as we can
      • 2 Hour Minimum required - $450 per hour
      • We will average 25-30 guests per hour/per artist (ie: 3 hours = approx. 270-300 guests painted)
      • We will have simple designs available to get to as many as we can.
      • Glitter tattoos added at $250 flat fee.
      • Indoor environment is needed in extreme heat and cold. We can discuss at booking.
      • $50 booking fee required to hold the date
      • If outdoors, we need a 10'x20' space or more depending on how many artists we need to bring. 
      • We provide all tents, tables an chairs for free.
      • We can bring Festival hair and other fun up-sell add-ons (we can sell these directly to the public, you do not need to purchase these).
        Glitter/beauty bar including tinsel hair and body gems/glitter quoted per request or can be sold directly to the public.

    Adding additional artists is possible for $100 per hour per artist and more space will be needed.

    TRAVEL FEES:

    Any distance traveled outside 10 miles from Carmel, IN will have an added $50 travel charge, any distance over 1 hour will be $100.

  • Terms and Conditions:

    DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

    Booking will be secured only when the non-refundable deposit AND this booking form is received: CLICK HERE TO PAY. Once payment is received, a receipt/invoice will be sent to the client detailing the deposit paid and the remaining balance. By sending a payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set below. For organizations and corporations an invoice can be requested.  The remaining balance will be due 10 days before the event.  The painter will not paint until full payment has been received. For corporate clients terms are strictly 30 days.

    EXTRA CHARGES IF APPLICABLE

    The client agrees to pay for any accidents or damage caused by client, their guests or their pets that occur to artist’s equipment or supplies. The artist will use reasonable care but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The artist will not be liable for non-attendance due to incorrect booking details being provided. Client will be responsible for any parking fees or provide parking at venue. 

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Booking Fee secures your date and I will not be booking anyone else for the time you request, therefore they are not refundable. The artist must be notified of cancellations, by phone or email, as soon as possible. Cancellations within 10 days of the event no monies will be refundable. At the descretion of the artist, we may offer a one time reschedule provided we have open dates available within 30 days. 

    If you ask to reschedule, you will be responsible to pay an an additional fee of $50.

    Cancellation by artist: In the rare instance the artist has to cancel, the artist will contact the client at the earliest possibility. The client will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund of the deposit.  

    SET-UP

    The artist will arrive approx 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to agreed time. Please arrange suitable lighting to be available to use and access to tap water. If the event is being held outdoors, please ensure the artist has a shelter. Please ensure that there is parking available as close to the entrance of the building as possible, since the artist will have to carry heavy equipment in. Failure to do so may result in the artist not being set up on time. Artist is to have a 5-10 min break every two hours. 

    The Artist present will not supervise children. The behavior and safety of the children is the responsibility of the client/parent/care giver/host. It is client/hosts responsibility to manage the face painting queue/line. Please direct children to the artist if there is space and retain children if there is a crowd. The parents are encouraged to be present to help their children stay still. We will not paint a child's face that is refusing venomously or agitated. We will offer to paint arms or hands if the child does not want the face painted.

    SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SICK CHILDREN

    Attendees of the event will respect the artist's area and will not touch the artists supplies. The artist will not paint faces of anyone with a cough or that has been sick in the last 7 days.

    FACEPAINTING

    Hosts, left in charge of any children without their parent/care giver, are responsible for obtaining permission from the parent for that child to participate. A permission form is available by email on request. You will also be responsible for ensuring only participating people approach the artist for a design. Ensure participant’s mouth and nose is wiped and face is CLEAN and DRY before being seated for painting. Read below for reasons why people should not participate.  People who should not participate. Anyone who appears to be suffering from Chicken Pox, Measles, Rubella, Impetigo, Scabies, Cold Sores, Conjunctivitis or who suffer from Eczema or have open cuts and sores. Anyone that appears to have any symptoms of Covid-19 or has tested positive within 10 days. A child who is generally unwell. Children who are reluctant, too wriggly or asleep! Anyone who has sensitive skin or allergies. However a skin patch test can be carried out on the inside of the arm on parent/carer’s request and left for approximately 60 minutes. If there is no reaction, they can be painted on their face.

    RIGHT TO REFUSE

    The artist reserves the right to refuse anyone that is or seems to fall in any of the categories mentioned above. Anyone that is abusive, violent or intoxicated. Anything that could be considered as offensive. Inappropriate parts of the body. 

    WE WILL NOT PAINT A CHILD'S FACE BELOW THE AGE OF 3 YEARS.

    FACEPAINTER RESPONSIBILITY

    The artist

    • Disinfects brushes regularly and will not use large sponges on more than one child at a time.
    • The artist will set up and clean up their area.
    • The artist can provide a table and stools if requested.

    PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL 

    Artist reserves the right to display and distribute promotional material during the event. Artists will have virtual and cash tip jars as well. Artist may bring products to sell at the event. If photos are taken by the artist, they will be obtained with express permission from participants and will be used solely for the purpose of promoting the business. The artist will not link identities to any of the photos used or given to third parties.

    Facebook – express permission will be sought by the artist for uploading photos to Facebook. Once uploaded the photo will be subject to facebook policies and the artist no longer holds responsibility.
