    NCPERS is now accepting speaker and presentation proposal submissions for the 2025 Annual Conference & Exhibition, taking place May 18–21, in Denver, CO.

  • NCPERS invites you to submit proposals for presentations at the 2025 Annual Conference & Exhibition (ACE). We are seeking dynamic and engaging sessions that provide valuable insights, practical strategies, and innovative solutions for public pension professionals. Whether you're an NCPERS service provider, fund member, or stakeholder, we encourage you to share your expertise and contribute to the success of ACE 2025. 

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Relevant Topics: Presentations that address the current challenges, trends, and best practices in the public pension industry.
    • Engagement and Impact: Sessions that encourage audience interaction, provide practical takeaways, and offer valuable insights.
    • Expert Speakers: Proposals from individuals who have expertise in the subject matter and can deliver valuable learning experiences to our diverse audience.

     The deadline to submit a proposal is Monday, February 3, 2025.  Proposal selections and declinations will be communicated in the week of February 24. Please contact us at education@ncpers.org with any questions about the proposal process.

  • SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS

    Selected speakers are expected to adhere to the following event policies:

    • Membership: Your organization must have an active NCPERS membership. To verify your membership status, contact us at 202-601-2445 or email membership@ncpers.org. 
    •  Registration: Confirmed speakers are required to register for the conference. For more information on registration fees, please visit our registration page. Please note CorPERS members receive one complimentary speaker registration pass. 
    • Availability: Be available to present during the designated dates and times of the conference. 
    • Presentation Materials: Submit final presentation materials by the specified deadline. All content should be original and tailored to engage and inform our audience.
    • Engagement: Use interactive elements to keep the audience engaged and facilitate learning.
    • Compliance: Abide by all event policies, including those related to promotion, content, and diversity and inclusion.

     

    SELECTION CRITERIA

    Selections will be based on objective criteria, including:

    • Educational value of the proposed program
    • Originality and uniqueness of the proposed content
    • Relevance of the topic to public pension professionals
    • Diversity of the proposed speaker(s)
    • Overall quality of the submission
    • Past reviews/evaluations of the proposed speaker(s) (if applicable)
    • Membership and active participation in NCPERS 

     

    TIMELINE

    • Submission Deadline: To be considered, please submit your proposal by Monday, February 3, 2025. Proposals received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.
    • Notification Date: You will receive an update on the status of your proposal via email by Monday, February 24, 2025, sent to the designated point of contact provided in your submission.
  • Should be Empty:
