We offer Sisterlocks, Brotherlocks, Med-Large Microlocks, Custom-Sized Interlocs, Traditional Locs (Coils/2-Strand Twist/Instant), Med-Large Loc Extensions, Color and FULL Barber Services.

THIS CONSULTATION FORM IS FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE LOCS AND WANT TO START THEIR LOC JOURNEY.

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-4 INCHES OF LOOSE/NEW GROWTH & NATURAL HAIR TO START.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW BARBER, YOU MAY COMPLETE THIS FORM.

We do our best to service all client requests. However, we remain booked over 90% of the time, which allows most referrals sent to Loc Innovations to be distributed to our preferred Consultant Pod. This “Pod” is made up of other members of The Loc Network, reputable Consultants in the area and/or Current Consultants being Professionally Mentored by The Loc Network.

We are a training facility so there is a possibility you will be observed/serviced by newer Consultants under our direct guidance. If you are uncomfortable with this, we respect your decision but please do NOT schedule/request an appointment with us.

I understand ALL 5 boxes is required before a Consultation can be scheduled (MUST check each box for completion):*

1. A non-refundable Booking Fee of $75 (for Flo the fee is $100) is required BEFORE the appointment (this secures your date and may be applied to establishment services). The Admin will contact you for Cash App, Zelle or send an Invoice Link via email to use a Credit/Debit Card. UPDATE 2024- For business integrity and full transparency, you may choose to pay in person in order to decrease instances of scamming/fraud.2. Your natural hair is at least 3 inches long and should be loose and freshly cleaned 24 hours before the appointment with shampoo only, no oils or conditioners, air dried and freshly detangled. You may schedule an appointment to include a shampoo for an addtl fee.3. The Consultation appointment is for information about the various loc systems only (scheduling & full pricing will be provided afterward for new loc establishments)4. The Consultation appointment may last between 30 minutes to an hour and a half depending on your professional and loc request. 🛑 🔔We now provide “Virtual Consultations with Flo” via FaceTime or Zoom, which explains the various loc systems and client requirements for partial fee. To continue with scheduling a new establishment, the hands on, in-person portion is required to complete the full visit, including the remaining balance.🔔🛑5. You may receive a small number of "test Locs" for Sisterlocks / Brotherlocks / Microlocks / Interlocs to determine proper sizing and locking technique. For Traditional Starter Locs (Coils/2-Strand/Instant) you may receive service on the same day for an additional fee if time permits.
