Teen Model Application Spring 2021

Heyyyy girl!

This is the official application and open enrollment for the Tiffany and Makenzie Teen Model Team for Spring of 2021. Please take your time and fill out as thoroughly as possible.

We are so excited to learn more about you! :)

Important: BE SURE you talk this over with your parent before submitting. You must have a parent's permission to participate! We will assume all applicants are comfortable with the commitment as outlined in your email and on this form, and we will be officially forming our teen model team based on the submissions we receive.

The TMP Teen Model Program Includes:

• meet & greet party

• styled group shoot with hair, age appropriate makeup, access to our closet and free web resolution downloads

• individual teen shoot with hair, age appropriate makeup, 2 outfits, one hour in front of the camera, and your favorite digital image for social media

• in person photo reveal

• any juniors who sign up for this program will automatically be eligible to claim a spot on our Class of 2022 Senior Model Team! Any juniors who sign up for both programs will receive a complimentary mini session to be redeemed in Fall of 2021!

PROGRAM COST: $575

You have two options; you may either pay in full now or pay half at checkout and receive an invoice with the other half due on 12/31. All fees must be paid no later than Thursday, January 7, 2021.

There is no minimum order requirement in order to be on the TMP Teen Model Team.

When you come in for your photo reveal, you will have an opportunity to purchase digitals and/or products from your individual photo shoot. View our Collections and A La Carte Menu HERE.

Filling out this application means that you are enrolling in the TMP Teen Model Program. You will be required to attend the meet and greet, the group shoot, and schedule an individual photo shoot between March 8th and April 30th. We will be limiting the number of sign-ups, so there are no refunds once you sign up for our program. We will also create your own client portal where you will sign a photo agreement prior to shooting. *
