Service Agreement
This is a service contract for 12 consecutive calendar months of janitorial services at the frequency stated above excluding the observation of Federal recognized holidays.
Within this one year period, services can be added but cannot be removed.
Service Durations
Service durations are based on average cleaning times for square footage and level of cleaning service for properties that have been professionally cleaned within the last 60 days. Additional charges will incur for properties that have not received a professional cleaning in the most recent 60 days to account for additional time taken to bring the property up to standard unless client opts to solely have appointment time executed without additional time.
Additional charges are also incurred if the cleaning duration extends beyond scheduled appointment time or additional unscheduled requests are made.
Please note, when opt out of additional time will result in fewer areas receiving our standard level of cleaning.
Liability Policies
Logic Building Maintenance and its employees agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Logic Building Maintenance or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Logic Building Maintenance. Every effort is made to be as careful as possible with your items, however, accidents do happen. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Items which are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, etc. are not covered by our breakage policy. Please remove these items the day of your cleaning. Logic Building Maintenance does not use ladders or move items more than 35 pounds to protect us and our employees from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning or purchase additional moving services by submitting a request via the portal. Logic Building Maintenance is not responsible for any damage bleach may cause if client neglects to notify of us of specific surface types aside from wood surfaces. Logic Building Maintenance is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object. All surfaces are assumed sealed. If you know of any surface not sealed, you must notify us so that we may clean properly.
Licensing
The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Invoices and Payment
The Business will invoice the Client immediately following the services with payment due on within 24hrs of the service. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in late fees and suspension or termination of the services.
Payment Methods
Payment will be made to Logic Building Maintenance via ACH Transfer, PayPal, Credit/Debit or mail in check.
Guarantee Policy
Logic Building Maintenance wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If, within 4 hours of completed cleaning, you are not satisfied, we will come back to your property and re-clean said items at no additional charge.
Refunds Policy
The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the services unconditionally unless a claim that the service(s) are unsatisfactory is made within 4hrs from the date and time of delivery.
Expenses
Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract. We provide cleaning products and equipment at no additional charge unless the client requests a specific product aside from what we currently provide.
Client will Review Work
The Client promises to review the work product, and to be reasonably available to the Business if the Business has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or a cancellation fee will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your property or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premises. Logic Building Maintenance reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns (mold, hazardous, insects, rodents, pet, people, illegal activity), financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
Discounts and Promotions
Any discounts or promotions credited to an invoice whether it is one time or recurring are reversed retroactively to the first day of service in the event of early contract termination or unbundled promotions.
This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change.
Termination of Contract
The Contract ends on after the last day of service unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
Modifications
The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.
Authority to Sign
Each party has the authority to enter into this Service Contract and to perform all of its obligations under this Contract.
Signatures
This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
