    Available Spaces
    • Banquet Room – Private event space for meals, meetings, or celebrations
    • Full Bar – Separate lounge for mixers, cocktail events, or private gatherings
    • Combined Use – Reserve both for larger functions (up to ~100 guests)

    Food & Beverage Minimums
    Discounts apply when minimum food & beverage (F&B) spend is met:

    • 100% of minimum = 25% room discount
    • 150% = 50% discount
    • 200%+ = Room fee waived

    Booking & Add-Ons

    • AV Equipment: $25 flat (projector, mic, speakers)
    • Nonprofit: 20% rental discount on standard hours (Only 501(C)3)
