Food & Beverage Minimums
Discounts apply when minimum food & beverage (F&B) spend is met:
• 100% of minimum = 25% room discount
• 150% = 50% discount
• 200%+ = Room fee waived

Booking & Add-Ons
• 30% nonrefundable deposit required (applied to final checkout)

• Nonprofit: 20% rental discount on standard hours (Only 501(C)3)
