Order Minimums
* Initial order: £450 minimum
* Repeat orders: £300 minimum
Shipping
* Free UK shipping on orders over £550
* Postage charged at cost for orders below this value
* Kelpi Studio will not be responsible for unforeseen delays
* International orders: please get in touch if you are based outside the UK
Payment
* All orders are supplied on a pro forma basis
* Production begins once full payment is received
Lead Times
* All products are made to order
* Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks
* Any changes to lead times will be communicated promptly
Returns & Damages
* Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery
* Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days, unused and in original packaging
* Buyer is responsible for postage and packaging costs
* Returns accepted only once approved by Kelpi Studio
Retail Pricing & Resale
* Products may only be sold direct to end customers in your own shop
* Selling to third-party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Amazon, eBay) or other retailers is not permitted
* Please inform Kelpi Studio if products are sold significantly below recommended retail price
Exclusivity
* For territorial exclusivity, please get in touch to discuss your area
* Terms such as minimum stock purchase and radius will be agreed directly with Kelpi Studio
Intellectual Property
* All designs, artwork, and product concepts remain the intellectual property of Kelpi Studio
* No reproduction, copying, adaptation, or use without prior written permission
* Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited
