AQUA YOGA - 8AM
This gentle low impact water class blends the principles and movement of yoga and adapts them to the water environment. A restorative blend of warm healing water and gentle stretching helps relieve stress, ease muscle tension and quiet the mind.
FOREST BATHING HIKE - 10AM
This all-level guided hike takes you through the forested trails of Rez Hill, just a short walk from The Springs. Explore the elevated views of Pagosa and the majestic San Juan peaks while enjoying the restorative elements of the great outdoors.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Monday-Saturday 1pm | Sundays 8am
Join us for this slow flow class that helps to connect breath and movement through a series poses, offering moments of elevated energy, deep relaxation and a greater sense of well-being. This gentle flow class is welcoming to all levels including those new to yoga.
Treat yourself to a mid-day reset with an afternoon guided meditation in a supportive, welcoming space. Relax into mindfulness meditation with this practice designed for beginners. You'll focus your awareness on your body and breath, to come to a place of stillness and ease.
Thursdays & Saturdays 4:30pm
An all- level guided Yoga class with emphasis on relaxing restorative poses, meditative movement, and breathing to balance and relax, release stress, and promote sleep optimization.
RIVER WALK & STRETCH
Sundays 10:30am - Meet at the Wellness Center
Take a moment to stretch your legs, breathe the fresh mountain air and walk along the paths and bridges of the Pagosa River trail. This guided stroll offers an opportunity to stop, stretch and take in the natural beauty and biodiversity of this unique geo-thermal wetlands that is home to abundant wildlife. The walking guide will blend gentle stretching with opportunities to learn more about the local area and points of interest.
